Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse KeyCrop, create an account, add funds, or purchase a digital product. Product-specific information shown before checkout also forms part of the purchase terms.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using KeyCrop, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction and must provide accurate account and payment information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Independent marketplace
KeyCrop is an independent digital-goods marketplace. References to publishers, platforms, and service providers describe the product or compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. A purchase does not grant rights beyond those expressly included with the product. You are responsible for checking the applicable provider terms and product restrictions before buying.
3. Product information and delivery
The product page states the price, current availability, region or platform where applicable, and delivery method. Delivery may be made to the KeyCrop account, by a download, through a configured wholesale endpoint, or by another method stated on the page. See the Delivery Information page for details.
4. Payments and balance
Purchases use the available KeyCrop balance unless checkout states otherwise. Balance top-ups are handled by the payment method and provider selected by the user. Provider fees, supported currencies, confirmation time, and limits may vary and are shown during the payment flow. A balance or transaction may be held while a payment or security issue is reviewed.
5. Refunds and defective delivery
Refund eligibility depends on delivery status, whether the digital item has been revealed or used, evidence of a defect, and any mandatory rights that apply. Report an undelivered, invalid, or materially misdescribed item to support with the order ID and relevant evidence. The separate Refund Policy explains the review process.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use fraudulent payments, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, exploit pricing or refund errors, create accounts to evade restrictions, misuse delivered data, or use KeyCrop in violation of law or applicable third-party terms. Access may be limited while suspected abuse or payment risk is investigated.
7. Account security
Keep your KeyCrop credentials and delivered digital data confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. KeyCrop may require identity or transaction checks before changing sensitive account details.
8. Service changes and availability
Catalog items, prices, payment methods, integrations, and service features may change. Maintenance, provider failures, security incidents, or other operational events can temporarily affect availability or delivery. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, but recorded orders remain subject to the support and refund processes described in these terms.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KeyCrop is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform changes, user misuse, or incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase. Any remedy is assessed in relation to the affected transaction and the evidence available.
