You receive auth.json for use in the VS Code terminal or apps that support Grok CLI authentication. cookies.txt may be included as an optional extra, but it may be expired or invalid. Working browser cookies are not guaranteed. Grok.com chat (Auto / Fast): Current plans use a shared weekly allowance. xAI does not publish separate fixed Auto/Fast message counts; usage depends on the work performed. Grok CLI / VS Code: Coding draws from the same eligible usage pool. Longer tasks consume more. Running the CLI in VS Code adds no separate quota. Use /usage to check usage; /auto controls tool approvals, not request limits. Weekly allowance: Current Premium plans include 4x the Plus base pool, shared across eligible usage. Older subscriptions may have different limits. Reset: Settings / Usage shows the remaining allowance and next weekly reset. Additional paid usage is not included.
